Job Description
- The candidate must be able to operate cleaning machines.
- The candidate must clean the exterior of the building, the tanks, the chimneys, and the industrial equipment.
- The candidate must vacuum floors.
- The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to lift weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and more than 45 kg (100 lbs).
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate must be punctual.
Work site environment
- The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
- The candidate must be able to work in wet/damp and dusty conditions.
Experience and specialization
Equipment and machinery experience
- The candidate must have experience operating industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, power tools, pressure cleaners, and pressure washers.
Cleaning experience
- The candidate must have experience cleaning industrial equipment, municipal drains, and septic tanks.
Area of specialization
- The candidate must be skilled in truck driving.

- The candidate must have their own transportation.
- The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.

- The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
