Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to collaborate with peers and teams to achieve and maintain the IT strategic plan.
- They’re also appointed to ensure network solutions and services are in alignment with Air Canada’s business goals and objectives working at this post.
- Applicants for this post are required to develop and plan strategy, policy and service delivery framework for the Air Canada Network and services while working to continuously improve technology development processes working at this post.
- They’re required at this post to develop and establish standards for network infrastructure, ensuring their performance, maintainability, security, and operation working at this post.
- They’re also required at this post to participate in all Scrum time-boxed activities and ceremonies.
Job requirement
- They must have a relevant University degree or technical certification, and relevant experience commensurate to the role to be eligible for this pod
- Applicants for this post must have completed 13-15 years of IT technology, operations, people leadership and strategy experience in a large company to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants must have prior knowledge of current network technologies and trends to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants must attain the ability to communicate technical concepts in a non-technical manner to be preferred for this post.
- They must ensure the ability to work effectively under pressure and in rapidly changing environments or uncertain conditions to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
