Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to sort and distribute all incoming faxes through our fax server and ensure delivery to the appropriate recipient through email.
- They’re also appointed to act as a team leader in charge of the front end and servers on the executive floor.
- Candidates are also appointed to assign ad-hoc tasks from departments and schedule shift changes, coordinate back-ups.
- They are also appointed to prepare outbound couriers and accept drop offs ensuring clients required information and documentation is up to date.
Job requirement
- Candidates must possess 3-5 years of previous experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain supervisory or leadership experience to be eligible for this post.
