Job Description
- Candidates applying for this post are required to supervise all aspects and impacts of capital expansion programs of water/wastewater treatment facilities.
- People who applied for this post are also appointed to provide expert operational input to the engineering, pre-design and design plans for major plant expansion.
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to ensure operating compliance with existing legislation and management systems applied for this post.
- Candidates are also appointed to negotiate with the client concerning all aspects of contracts.
- People applying for this post are also required to lead or provide strategic or technical expertise, advice and policy recommendations to regional/OCWA management to be considered as an asset for this post.
Job requirement
- They must have class 2 certification/license in WT2, WWT2, WD2 and WWC2 to be considered as an asset for this post.
- They may consider lesser qualified candidates as under-fill and minimum Level OIT to be eligible for this post.
- People must attain the ability to be ORO for the facility and must have communication, Political Acuity and Relationship Management Skills.
- Candidates must have dedicated knowledge of client business goals and directions, and economic/market environmental changes that impact on client’s long-term business plans.
- People must know business management practices to operate efficiently to realize gain while maintaining a high level of service to be considered as an asset for this post.
