They consult with Human Resources partners for efficient resolution of all employee and labor relations matters. They lead the maintenance team responsible for all Hub and Terminal Material Handling Equipment within the assigned region or area. They work with HSE and Operations teams to create, implement, and maintain an OSHA complaint Process Safety Management (PSM) framework and workplace. They develop equipment files and implement the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for management and documentation of facility maintenance work and asset history.

Job description
- Candidates will be required to analyze operations, become aware of the equipment and maintenance complexities, issues and systems and then take ownership over running an effective department.ย
- They have to focus on building structure, processes, competencies and a system driven culture. Coach, mentor and develop staff and instill high standards throughout the department.
- They will identify the gaps and needs of the business and build the business case for investment to help fuel growth and operational excellence.
- They are responsible for establishing trust and credibility with the workforce and senior leadership, driving engagement, and developing the vision for operational excellence will also be key priorities for the role.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have 10+ years of Maintenance and Reliability experience.
- They must have 7 years in leadership or supervisory roles.
- They must have Certified Industrial Millwright or Certified Industrial Electrician.ย
- Candidates must have very strong computer skills, experience working with different CMMS: examples, Maintelligence; e-Daxti MS; e-Maintenance; e- WorkOrders; Grafana; Maximo and MEM- Mobile Equipment Monitoring.
- They must know about EAM – Enterprise Assets Management software: examples Maximo-IBM, SAP-Hana, Dynamics AX- Microsoft.
- Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- They must have a strong passion for Continuous Improvement, Reliability and Predictive Maintenance.
- They must have knowledge and experience laying out effective PM plans and conduct RCA for repeated failures to reduce unplanned downtime
- Candidates must have exceptionally strong, hands-on troubleshooting and repair skill set, PLC Troubleshooting, electrical and engineering skills, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- They must attain experience in development and implementation of Reliability, Maintenance and Lubrication programs.
