Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to evaluate and assess OD needs across various units, refining existing and proposed strategies.
- They’re also appointed to develop key strategies and programs, focusing on employee engagement Lead in thought leadership, identifying market trends and their implications.
- Candidates are also appointed to collaborate with stakeholders to set OD priorities and goals
- They’re also appointed to develop leadership programs and foster future leaders.
- Candidates are also appointed to prioritize equity in succession planning and cultural integration.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain at least 7 years of advanced experience in organizational development, specifically in areas of leadership enhancement and organizational health.
- They must attain dedicated ability in crafting and executing programs focused on employee engagement and professional growth.
- Candidate must attain a proven track record in leading and managing large-scale organizational initiatives.
- They must attain extensive expertise in applying psychological assessments and approaches to advance workplace dynamics and talent management strategies.
- Candidate must attain excellent communication, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
