Job description
- Candidates collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to capture key discussions.
- They design and develop structured board decks encompassing business goals, customer and technology research, and tactical updates.
- They exhibit adaptability in navigating rapid directional shifts, understanding the impact to the work in flight within the bank and broadly.
- They create and manage content for all banking products in Rogers Bank, helping drive a consistent voice, driving accuracy, and ensuring effective validation.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, related field, or an equivalent.
- They should have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role, with a proven track record of success in helping teams manage through change.
- They must have the ability to navigate chaos and bring structure to meetings and working sessions, identifying common threads and finding opportunities to explore.
- They steer multiple banking-focused projects, conducting sessions and workshops with diverse banking teams and SMEs.
Work setting
- Candidates must have experience with banking products, financial services and ideally credit card related products.
- They need to have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- They must have strong relationship management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and unpack business problems.
