- Candidates must have completed 3+ years in a customer-oriented role in the airline, hospitality or service industries to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
- They must have prior sound knowledge of instructional systems design and instructional design models to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English to be preferred for this post.
