Job Description
- The candidate will have to develop and lead initiatives aimed at promoting productivity gains and cost reduction.
- They’re also appointed to lead all aspects of the distribution operations in Atlantic Canada and Quebec, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Candidates will have to deliver a safety-first culture by leading and advising the DC operations teams in the development and maintenance of safety programs.
- The candidate gets appointed to utilize a variety of Supply Chain and Financial Metrics to manage, improve, and exceed budget expectations.
- Candidates are appointed for the management of regional operations financial records with a strong financial aptitude which includes, developing and delivering on budget and adherence with Loblaw’s financial and audit controls.
Job requirement
- Candidate must attain a minimum 7-10 years in progressive leadership roles within the Supply Chain industry.
- Candidate must attain a dedicated university or college degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering.
- Candidate must attain a proven track record providing dedicated customer service excellence.
- They must have exceptional team-building ability dir being eligible for this post.
