Job Description
- Candidates who applied for this post are accountable for preparing briefing notes and reports for presentation to senior management, Standing Committees, partners and the City Council for strategic decision-making.
- They’re also appointed at this post to evaluate cultural grant, incentive and partnership programs using results-based performance outcomes.
- Applicants are accountable at this post to communicate with City Divisions, Agencies, artists, cultural organizations, and other partners regarding the City’s cultural programs and policies working at this post.
- Candidates accountable at this post to lead various project teams and groups to advance project deliverables, including the delivery of grant programs.

Job requirement
- Candidates applying for this must attend post-secondary education in a related discipline, such as arts administration or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- People must attains extensive experience in managing, developing, designing and delivery of cultural programs to be eligible for this post.
- They must have experience in leading and motivating project teams to be considered as an asset for this post.
- People applying for this post must have experience in developing positive internal and external relationships and partnerships with cultural organizations and community groups to be eligible for this post.
