Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to support analysts and provide help for our various front and backend applications, particularly merchandising, order management, payments, order fulfilment, delivery and pickup scheduling and supply chain operations technology.
- Candidates are also appointed on being the onsite escalation contact for the business, providing hands-on problem resolution and leading the team’s various globally distributed support engineers during issue resolution.
- Candidates are appointed to drive technical discussions with various support and engineering teams to ensure timely and effective knowledge sharing, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
- They’re appointed to perform critical thinking when prioritizing the resolution of production issues, especially when dealing with various support counterparts.
Job requirement
