Job Description
- Candidate is responsible for planning, development and execution of key workforce management with CPB Ops.
- Candidates will also have to support the strategic vision of CPB ops to build best-in-class workforce management practices.
- Candidates will have to develop presentations and WFM analysis for the execution audience to support the decision-making process.
- Candidates will also have to work collaboratively with the data management team to ensure the metrics are aligned with business objectives.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have experience in forecasting, scheduling and senior WFM roles.
- Candidates must attain the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
- Candidates must attain the ability to develop, maintain and build positive relationships with business partners.
- Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
Work setting
- Candidates must have a dedicated degree in business, economics, or another quantitative discipline.
