Job Description
- The candidate must arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
- The candidate must be the point of contact when handling emergency situations.
- The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring quality and production levels.
- The candidate must prepare and submit progress and other reports.
- The candidate must request or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- The candidate will be responsible for resolving work issues, providing technical advice, and recommending ways to improve productivity and product quality.
- The candidate must supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) the activities of workers.
- The candidate will be responsible for training staff/workers on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, including security guards.
- The candidate must have a Security Guard License.
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
- The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
- The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
