Job Description
- Candidates will have to work under the supervision of the manager while demonstrating a commitment to the mission.
- Candidate is responsible for performing various secretarial duties related to the laboratory services.
- Candidates will have to assemble the teaching material and perform other related duties.
- Candidates will have to maintain weekly payrolls cards, filing and photocopying, file management and document storing.
- Candidates must attain the skills to assemble the budget information and send out computerized billings.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain 2 years related secretarial experience and preferably in a health care setting.
- Candidates must attain MS-Office word processing experience.
- Candidates must attain Data entry experience preferred.
- Candidates must attain keyboard speed 55 pm.
- Candidates must attain Dicta Typing skills.
- Candidates must attain good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Candidates must attain the ability to read, write and speak and understand English.
