Job Description

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must have a post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field fo, for example:- Paralegal Studies, Court and Tribunal Agent Program, or Lawor  Clerk, to be eligible for this post.
  •  Applicants who applied for this post must have proven knowledge and experience in administrative law and adjudicative processes to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have a strong understanding of relevant City by-laws, legislation, and regulations to be preferred for this post.
  • Applicants must have demonstrated ability to make sound, informed decisions and must be able to take excellent analytical skills with a keen ability for critical thinking to be eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • Candidates must have proven time management skills to handle complex and competing priorities.
  • They must attain the ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have familiarity with City Admin, and Gtechna software, which is considered an asset for the organization.
