Kognitive Sales Solutions is located at Barrie, ON. The company is actively seeking applicants for the role of Sales supervisor – retail. The applicant should be a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will be expected to join and start the work at the earliest. It will be a Permanent employment or Full time job. The assigned Day, Weekend and Morning may include shift timings. The candidate will also have the option of working remotely.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.).
• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train or arrange for staff training.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and keep inventory.
• The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers.
• The candidate will be responsible for conducting performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate will be responsible for supervising retail salespersons and sales clerks, as well as more than 20 people.

Remote

• Work must be accomplished remotely. No office space is provided.

Work setting

• The candidate must work in the retail service establishment and sales department.
• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
• The candidate should work in a retail business, purchase goods from a manufacturer or a wholesaler and sell these goods to consumers in small quantities.
• The candidate should have an on-site customer service system where employees work in an office or business location.

Work conditions and physical capabilities

• The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate must finished the work with in the given time line.
• The candidate should have an eye for details.
• The candidate must be willing to walk for long periods of time.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.

Own tools/equipment

• The candidate must have a computer and a cell phone.
