It is Canada’s only Chinese travel agency with branches and stores in both cities. After more than ten years of growth, the company has gradually risen to the top of Alberta’s Chinese travel agencies. The first Rocky Mountain tour route in Aicheng, as well as the Vancouver in-depth tour route and the Salmon Stone Forest route, were created. Every Wednesday, the company travels to and from the Chinese, American, and Japanese consulates in Calgary.

For the past ten years, it has been rain or shine. It has established a new model for visa business in Alberta, as well as convenience for Chinese residents of Calgary’s two cities. The subordinate communication department of the company covers Internet TV and telephone, providing all-around consultation and services for Chinese families in their daily lives, providing package combinations with unique vision and methods, saving daily communication expenses and enjoying more communication convenience and services.  The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible. Job Description

  • The candidate would be responsible in resolving problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • The candidate will be in charge of authorising cheque payments.
  • The candidate will be required to supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • The candidate would be in charge of assigning duties to sales workers.
  • The candidate would be responsible in preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • The candidate would be in charge of establishing work schedules for employees and keep track of their performance.
  • The candidate will be responsible for inventory organisation and management.
  • The candidate would be responsible for marketing, promotion, and advertising of products intended for retail sale.
  • The candidate will be responsible in evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
  • The candidate will be intended to motivate employees to meet goals.
  • The candidate would be in charge of placing orders for items.
  • The candidate will be responsible for training new employees and scheduling shifts.
  • The candidate will be in charge of researching market trends and developing products that will appeal to customers.
  • The candidate would be responsible for implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
  • The candidate must be capable of supervising salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.
  • The candidate should ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness.
  • The candidate should assure functionality of Domestic and International training programs.
  • The candidate would be responsible for inspecting company equipment regularly to ensure maintenance.
  • The candidate should be able to handle retail staff job functions and reconcile registers per shifts.
  • The candidate would be responsible in delivering extraordinary service to customers.
  • The candidate will be required to understand and manage product knowledge and be responsible for Store Team Members.
  • To drive business, the candidate should be responsible for assessing customer profiles, purchasing trends, and competitive information.
  • The candidate will be able to communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Manager.
  • The candidate must ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local laws
  • The candidate must be able to handle customer complaints, issues and questions.
  • The candidate should ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
  • The candidate will be expected to ensure that promotions are accurate and in accordance with the company’s standards.
  • The candidate will be required to analyze financial statements in order to enhance profit making opportunities
  • The candidate will be required to analyse field reports and prepare sales documents.
  • The candidate will be expected to analyse competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.

  • The candidate must be able to operate a fax machine, a computer, and a printer.
