Job Description
- Applicants working in this post are required to assist in various departments within the store consumer service, product knowledge and placement working at this post. Candidates working at this post are appointed for visual presentation, and stock room management working at this post.
- He/She appointed at this post is required to collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques.
- Applicants are also required to maintain Crocs asset protection policies and procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
Job requirement
- They must attain the ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor daily to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks daily to get preferred for this post.
- Applicants must ensure the ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates working at this post must be 16 years or older along with the flexibility in work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours to be eligible for this post.
- A person who has applied for this post must attain the ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance daily.
- Candidates must attain the ability to be on their feet for at least 8 hours per shift to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must attain the ability to also be required to stand, walk, kneel, or balance to be preferred for this post.
