Job Description

• Candidates working at this post are required to learn & assist in various departments within the store like consumer service, product knowledge and placement working at this post.
• Candidates for this post are also required to support team members in the daily execution of retail operations like POS system management, stock replenishment, markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards working at this post.
• They’re also appointed to collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques working at this post.
• Applicants are also required at this post to adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures of Crocs like handling shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures at this post.

Job requirement 

• They must be 16 years or older along with the flexibility in their work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours to be eligible for this post.
• Applicants for this post must desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment to be eligible for this post.
• Applicants must attain the ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor daily to be preferred for this post.
• Applicants must ensure the ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks daily to be eligible for this post.
• Candidates for this post must attain the ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily.

Work setting 

• Applicants must ensure the ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance daily to be eligible for this post.
