Job Description
- Candidates will have to track and prepare reports on corrective actions for Level 2 and Level 3 Investigations, and Facility Inspection outstanding items.
- Candidates are appointed to assist the Safety team with investigations, safety communications, job aids, facility inspections and site visits on various shifts, as assigned.
- They’re appointed to prepare and present various reports, data, and analyses, relating to Safety Inspector KPIs.
- Candidates are also appointed to assist with maintenance of investigation files, documents and intranet pages.
- They’ll have to prepare and distribute weekly reports as assigned.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a dedicated sound knowledge of best practice research methods and techniques.
- Candidates must attain good project management skills and demonstrate the ability to strategize and adapt to new challenges.
- Candidates must attain a sound knowledge of computers and software applications related to the work.
- Candidates must be able to work independently and have the ability to multitask, under minimal supervision.
- They must attain the demonstrated ability to update and modify programs and databases including the aptitude for being detail-oriented with a high regard for accuracy.
