Job Description
- Candidates are responsible for performing detailed investigations to support Utility Billing and the Vacant Home Tax program working at this post.
- They’re accountable at this post to arrange inspection appointments for the Utility Billing Inspection Unit and calculate new bills as necessary working at this post.
- People who applied for this post are required to update their account on Tax Management and Collection System, Water Management and Collection System working at this post.
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to prepare service orders to confirm meter and MTU information and configuration working at this post.
- Applicants are also accountable for initiating tax/water account updates containing premises address, account number, transaction code, terms involved, and reason for cancellation and forwarding the information to the supervisor working at this post.
- They’re appointed at this post to search and verify records for the issuance of tax/water certificates and check journal entries regarding charges, payments, etc working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have experience in providing clerical and administrative support in a financial/corporate environment that is preparing letters and correspondence to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain experience using Microsoft Office Suite for example:- Word and Excel. Candidates must attain experience entering, retrieving data and maintaining databases.
Work setting
- They must attain the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential operational matters and management staff to be eligible for this post.
