Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties.
  • The candidate will be responsible for implementing pricing and credit policies.
  • The candidate must determine staffing requirements.
  • The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.
  • The candidate must conduct performance evaluations.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff in various areas of responsibility, as well as the customer service clerk.

Work setting

  • The candidate must work in a retail service establishment, appliance store, electronic products store, computer products store, hardware store, sporting goods store and department store.
  • The candidate’s relocation costs should not be covered by the employer; if the company does not provide a relocation package, you may request an advance on your earnings to cover some of your moving expenses.
  • The candidate should work in a retail business, purchase goods from a manufacturer or a wholesaler and sell these goods to consumers in small quantities.
  • The candidate should work in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre handling products from manufacturers or wholesalers, organizing them, and shipping them to their final destinations as quickly as possible.

Exhibit and display design experience

  • The candidate must have experience in merchandising or window display design.
