Job Description
- The candidate must appear in court as a witness.
- The candidate must produce reports.
- The candidate will be responsible for enforcing regulations to maintain order, resolving conflicts, and monitoring establishment activities.
- The candidate must be capable of preventing and detecting shoplifting and theft in retail establishments.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- Candidate having experience is an asset.
- The candidate must have a Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles), as well as CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
- The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
- The candidate must be punctual.
Work setting
- The candidate must work for a retail service establishment and a private security agency.
- The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
- The candidate should work in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre handling products from manufacturers or wholesalers, organizing them, and shipping them to their final destinations as quickly as possible.
