Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to develop an annual action plan to execute business plans and meet or exceed sales goals and related P&L objectives.
  • Candidates are also required at this post to optimize sales, customer satisfaction and sustainable profitability through range presentation working at this post. 
  • Applicants at this post are also required at this post to lead the continuous development of your sales department ensuring customer service standards are met or exceeded.
  • Candidates are also required at this post to undertake duty manager and other storewide managerial responsibilities.

Job requirement 

  • Applicants for this post must have a genuine passion for home furnishings and the ability to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of the local market.
  • They must have the prior aptitude to collaborate across functions, as well as to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of a fast-paced, change-oriented organization to be eligible for this post. 
  • Applicants must have 3-5 years of retail management experience and/or an undergraduate degree in Retail Management to be eligible for this post.

  • Candidates for this post must have proven P&L accountability and advanced computer literacy to be eligible for this post.
