Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to address customers’ complaints or concerns.
  • The candidate would be responsible for recruiting, training and supervising staff.
  • The candidate will be required to participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • The candidate will be required to negotiate catering or facility use with clients.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep track of revenue and make adjustments to procedures and prices as needed.
  • The candidate will be required to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • The candidate will be expected to create, implement, and analyse budgets.
  • The candidate would be responsible for providing customer service.
  • The candidate will be required to negotiate food and other supply arrangements with suppliers.
  • The candidate would be in charge of establishing work schedules for employees and keep track of their performance.
  • The candidate must balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • The candidate will be required to determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • The candidate will be required to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
  • The candidate would be in charge of estimating future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies.
  • The candidate will be required to create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
  • The candidate will be required to appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • The candidate would be responsible for implementing policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
  • The candidate would be in charge of inventory organisation and management.

  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
