Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain a dedicated customer service background and must be able to lift 25 lbs to be eligible for this post.
  •  They must have previous experience in Quick Service and must be friendly and outgoing to be considered an asset for this post.
  • Candidates must be able to manage flexible schedules and must attain previous management experience to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must be able to engage others and develop high performance within their team to be eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • People applying for this post must maintain high standards for operational excellence to allow them to easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales.
  • They must have 3 -5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching.
