Job description

  • Candidates working in this post are responsible for the development and achievement of the store’s business goals. 
  • Candidates are also appointed to provide food service, cleanliness standards and target achievement. 
  • They’re also appointed to work for sales target achievement, and profit target achievement and ensure people leadership working at this post. 
  • They’re also required to manage the store’s adherence to the organization’s operating systems and standards and compliance with all government and legal (law) requirements. 
  • Candidates are required for financial analysis, business planning and management presentations and reports.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must have completed at least a high school education and At least 3 years of solid experience as a Restaurant Manager in Quick-Service or fast-food restaurants responsible for the 5 key result areas which are specified. 
  • They must have full knowledge of P&L/Store Financials and Quality Standards Implementation. 
  • Candidates must attain a high energy level and must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek or days including holidays. 
  • They must attain excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner & adaptable. 
  • Candidates must attain a computer proficient in MS Office like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to be eligible for this post.
