Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to manage customer transactions using cash registers.
  • The candidate will be expected to cross-sell and introduce new products.
  • The candidate would be in charge of collecting payments, whether in cash or by credit card.
  • The candidate must process credit card payments by entering transactions into a computer system or swiping cards through a point of sale (POS) terminal
  • The candidate would be in charge of stocking shelves and cleaning the counter area.
  • The candidate would be in charge of greeting customers, answering their questions, assisting them in finding items, and providing advice or recommendations.
  • The candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service.
  • The candidate will be required to wrap or place merchandise in bags.
  • The candidate will be required to accept reservations or take-out orders.
  • The candidate would be in charge of processing customer orders and entering them into the restaurant database.
  • The candidate would be in charge of relaying customer orders to the kitchen staff.
  • The candidate would be in charge of ensuring that all orders are delivered to customers on time.
  • The candidate would be in charge of calculating daily/shift payments and reconciling them with total sales.
