Job Description 

  • Candidates will have to anticipate, identify, and resolve staffing issues with a results-oriented approach.  
  • They’re appointed to assume local leadership, as assigned, for specific local initiatives aimed toward process & performance improvement within the Resource department.   
  • Candidates are also appointed to communicate company direction and rationale behind policies or decisions to employees.  
  • They’re appointed to adjust staffing levels in response to operational changes.
  • Candidates are responsible for effectively planning and delegating daily work assignments for the airport’s unionized staff using airport automation deployment tools.   
  • Candidates will have to manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that are escalated by Resource Coordinators.   

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement creative resolutions.  
  • They must attain strong knowledge of computer systems. 
  • Candidates must attain the ability to work under pressure, handle stressful situations and be flexible.  
  • They must attain the ability to respond and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.  
  • Candidates must attain strong knowledge of AC safety and service standards.
  • They must attain a detailed understanding of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for unionized employees.
