Job Description

  • The candidate must write business and government correspondence, such as responses to requests for information and assistance, damage claims, and service complaints.
  • The candidate must proofread data.
  • The candidate will be responsible for writing routine business and government correspondence.
  • The candidate will be responsible for performing routine clerical duties.
  • The candidate will be responsible for compiling, verifying, recording, and processing applications, licenses, permits, contracts, registrations, requisitions, and other forms and documents.
  • The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns.
  • The candidate must accept payments.
  • The candidate must perform clerical tasks such as maintain filing and record systems.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate should be accurate.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.

Work setting

  • The candidate’s relocation costs should be covered by the employer, allowing the employer to contribute to the employee’s relocation costs incurred in moving closer to the company’s offices or other work locations as required.
