Job Description 

  • People who applied for this post are required to coordinate and manage the administrative aspects of case files relating to death investigations in Ontario working at this post.
  •  They’re also appointed at this post to respond to inquiries from the public and provide explanations of processes services and action requests applied for this post.
  • Applicants working at this post are required to receive, produce and review a variety of sensitive and confidential documents applied for this post.
  • Candidates working at this post are also appointed to review, reconcile and prepare financial invoices and order office supplies working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must have demonstrated office administrative skills to provide executive-level administrative support and services to the Regional Supervising Coroner to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must attain experience with financial, procurement and related administrative policies, procedures guidelines and the purchasing supplies and equipment to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must attain the ability to utilize existing bring-forward systems and create a system, as necessary, to optimize the organization of all case-related materials to be eligible for this post.
  •  Candidates must have experience in organizing and coordinating meetings and coordinating logistical requirements and arrangements applied for this post.

Work setting 

  • People must be able to work independently with limited supervision to be eligible for this post.
  •  Candidates must be proficient with computers and MS Office applications Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams etc to be considered as an asset for this post.
