Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying current and future staffing requirements.
- The candidate must prepare and post notices and advertisements.
- The candidate will be responsible for gathering and screening applicants.
- The applicant must advise applicants on the requirements for employment as well as the terms and conditions of employment.
- The candidate must review the candidate’s inventory.
- The candidate must contact potential applicants to arrangeย interviews.
- The candidate will be responsible for informing applicants of the results of the selection process and preparing job offers.
- The candidate will be expected to provide guidance to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- The candidate must organise and manage staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- The candidate will be responsible for determining entitlement eligibility and arranging staff training.
- The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate or diploma from a one- to two-year program from a College, CEGEP, or other non-university program.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should be accurate.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidate must be well-organized.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
- The candidate must be able to multitask.
