Job Description
- Candidates are required to ensure the safe operation of recreation facilities and develop and implement safety procedures and documents working at this post.
- People who applied for this post are also required to lead safety initiatives working at this post.
- They’re accountable at this post to acquire equipment, materials, services and supplies as required.
- People applied for this post to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for recreation facilities, evaluate plans and make changes working at this post.
- They’re accountable at this post to oversee and make recommendations for mechanical operation plans in recreation facilities.
- People are also appointed to prepare reports and documentation related to the work. Along with this, they’re also required to maintain records working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed Grade 12 supplemented to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum of five years of experience working with refrigeration systems and supervising staff to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Candidates must have a Power Engineer Class 5 certificate to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a valid BC Driver’s license and must attain the ability to complete a Police Information Check/Vulnerable Sector Check to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
