Hear Right Canada based in Stratford, ON is looking suitable candidates for the position of Receptionist, Medical Clinic who are self-motivated and have good interpersonal skills. We will test your hearing and work with you to select the hearing instruments that are best suited to your needs at Hear Right Canada. We will fit you and then provide you with follow-up support, counselling, and service. We can provide warranty and service on hearing aids regardless of whether they were purchased from us.

We provide a high level of care for the treatment and rehabilitation of hearing loss at a lower cost to our patients by utilising highly skilled hearing care professionals and advanced technology. We offer the most recent models of name brand hearing aids. Hearing tests are completely free. Our goal is to provide high-quality hearing care at a reasonable cost. There are numerous hearing aid manufacturers who offer a wide range of models and price points. We will walk you through the options and choices until you are satisfied with your choice.

The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to permanent employment or full time job.

  • The candidate will be expected to file and retrieve patient records in order to ensure the availability of treatment information.
  • The candidate will be required to respond to emergencies and assist patients in distress.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep operations running smoothly by adhering to policies and procedures and reporting any changes that are required.
  • The candidate will be expected to answer all phone calls professionally and courteously.
  • The candidate will be expected to maintain discretion and professionalism while liaising between medical departments.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that orders are filled on time.
  • The candidate must complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
