Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for reconciling accounts.
- The candidate must prepare a trial balance of the books.
- The candidate must post journal entries.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.
- The candidate must calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
- The candidate must prepare additional statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records and establishing, managing, and balancing various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting three months to less than a year.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
