We are in search of a self-disciplined individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. The selected applicant will be required to join and take their responsibilities at the earliest. Job Description

  • The candidate must greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • The candidate must provide basic information to clients and the public.
  • The candidate must obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
  • The candidate must record and relay information.
  • The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments.
  • The candidate must send invoices.
  • The candidate must receive and issue payments.
  • The candidate must perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • The candidate must answer the phone and relay phone calls and messages.
  • The candidate must calculate billing charges.
  • The candidate must provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be bilingual.
  • There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate should be reliable.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.
  • The candidate must be able to multitask.
  • The candidate must have excellent time management skills.
  • The candidate must be mature.

  • The candidate should work in a healthcare institution, facility, or clinic that provides health care.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

  • The candidate must be knowledgeable about Electronic medical records, Word processing software, Electronic mail, MS Outlook and MS Windows.
