Job Description

  • The candidate must provide basic information to clients and the public.
  • The candidate must obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
  • The candidate must be able to operate a switchboard or phone system.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ordering office supplies.
  • The candidate must record and relay information.
  • The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments.
  • The candidate must send invoices.
  • The candidate must keep work records and logs.
  • The candidate must receive and issue payments.
  • The candidate must perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • The candidate must answer the phone and relay phone calls and messages.
  • The candidate will be responsible for arranging teleconferences.
  • The candidate must perform data entry tasks.
  • The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
  • The candidate must perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing office operations.
  • The candidate must book appointments.
  • The candidate will be responsible for performing receptionist duties.
  • The candidate will be responsible for referring clients to appropriate external services.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in French language.
  • There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
  • Fluency in Standard Moroccan Tamazight is considered an asset.

Work setting

  • The candidate must work in the private sector, a general office, a health care institution, facility or clinic, or a garage.
  • The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
  • The candidate must work outside Canada.
  • The candidate should be willing to relocate whether the candidate would be ready to move into a new city/different city for a job.
  • The candidate’s relocation costs should not be covered by the employer; if the company does not provide a relocation package, you may request an advance on your earnings to cover some of your moving expenses.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

  • The candidate must be familiar with Electronic medical records, Electronic scheduler, MS Office, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word and Simply Accounting.

Athletic experience

  • The candidate must have experience in team sports.
