Job Description
- The candidate is responsible to provide support to the director of real estate and department staff including compilation of background material.
- Candidates will complete preliminary assessment for development applications.
- Candidates will have to review and determine Cash-in-lieu of parkland requirements.
- Candidates will have to draft content for committee reports, council memorandum, by-laws, etc.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of community College Diploma in legal assistant, real estate or in any field equivalent.
- Candidates must have the ability to work independently.
- Candidates must have time management skills.
- Candidates must have a G-class driving license and a reliable vehicle for corporate use.
