Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for assigning technical projects to staff.
• The candidate will be responsible for consulting with clients in order to prepare contracts and project specifications.
• The candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations.
• The candidate will be responsible for evaluating life science programs.
• The candidate must plan and control budgets and expenditures.
• The candidate will be responsible for presenting and explaining proposals to clients.
• The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures.
• The candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, directing, and motivating staff.
• The candidate must authorize the development of specifications for products or services.
• The candidate must oversee the analysis of data and information.
• The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of reports.
• The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a Doctorate degree or equivalent experience in Food science and Food technology and processing.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
• The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
• The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate should be a good team player.

Work setting

• The candidate must work in the manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or food processing industries.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

• The candidate must be knowledgeable about HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).

• The candidate must finished the work with in the given time line.
• The candidate should have an eye for details.
• The candidate will be expected to manage a large workload.
