Job Description
- Candidates for this post are appointed to conduct research and update the DIS labels.
- They’re also required at this post to resolve any ECS packages that can be fixed using the DA system.
- Candidates for this post are required to research mislabeled packages.
- They’re also appointed to call customers to validate address corrections.
- Candidates are required at this post to damage Inspections of damaged packages and handle damage reports.
Job requirement
- Candidates working in this post must have completed a high school diploma, GED, or International equivalent.
- They must attain strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain strong verbal and written communication skills.
- They must attain the ability to lift 70+ lbs and to search for addresses on Google Maps or equivalent software.
