They will implement project strategies and initiatives ensuring that they are within approved budgets and BDC guidelines and procedures. They ensure that they meet BDC’s corporate social responsibility initiatives as well as the workplace occupancy strategy.Inform and obtain buy-in from internal resources to work together towards BDC’s business objectives, all within a limited timeframe. They will work with business centre management and department heads to identify their needs and requirements regarding project development services, design solutions, build consensus and execute the solutions.

Job description
- Candidates will manage the purchasing of goods and services and approve purchase requisitions and invoices for facilities projects.
- They will coordinate the design, recommendation, approval and implementation of signage to maximise BDC’s visibility, in compliance with BDC’s graphic standards.
- They should coordinate periodic risk/threat analysis by monitoring security breaches with respect to the physical environment and managing the security contracts for the provision of intrusion alarms throughout the branch network.
Job requirement
- Candidates must complete a Bachelor degree in architecture, engineering, commercial interior design.
- They should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering occupancy or workplace planning projects for large organisations.
- They must have the ability to listen to and support clients throughout the project life cycle, and to clearly articulate issues and options/solutions.

- Candidates must have the ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative and consultative partnerships with internal and external clients.
- They must have great verbal and written communication skills.
- They must have the strong ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines.
