Job Description
- People applied for this post are required to collects, categorize and analyze sales data based on Registry Office records working at this post.
- They’re also accountable for maintaining and coordinating arrangements for encroachment agreements on City property.
- Applicants are appointed to responds to inquiries from other departments, government agencies and the public on property issues working at this post.
- Candidates are appointed to prepare draft reports to the Council, Committee and Senior Management working at this post.

- Candidates are required to have implemented strategies, policies and procedures to ensure maximum return on City real estate assets working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain post-secondary education from a recognized university or college to be eligible for this post.
- They must have completed one or more real estate designations from the Appraisal Institute of Canada, International Right of Way Association, to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain a minimum of five years of experience in the application of real estate functions related to commercial leasing, property acquisition and disposal to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain the ability to perform high-level market research and analysis with strong computer literacy to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain excellent communication, advocacy and report-writing skills to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must attain previous municipal experience to be eligible for this post.
