Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to develop and maintain project charters, project plans and schedules, resource plans, work packages, stakeholder registers, communication plans, and risk.
- They’re also appointed to issue logs, change management plans, project status reports and other artefacts required for the successful delivery of technology-related projects.
- Candidates are appointed to Collaborate and communicate regularly with senior management, executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and internal resources.
- They’re also appointed to coordinate the delivery of project deliverables while ensuring all parties remain engaged and proactively informed throughout the project.
- Candidates are appointed to Coordinate work from cross-functional project teams. Estimate and assign work packages and provide operational guidance to project resources.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain excellent interpersonal, and collaboration skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain negotiation skills with a proven ability to successfully deal with complex issues working within a matrix organization and cross-functional project teams
- Candidates must attain excellent time management and organizational skills adept at effectively dealing with multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
- They must attain dedicated knowledge and experience in Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Windows Server Operating Systems, and Systems Centre Orchestrator.
- Candidates must attain previous experience with Microsoft Project, Visio and SharePoint skills to be eligible for this post.
