- Candidates will provide the delivery of primary lines of business to the client by carrying out the selection,ย appraisal, management, and disposal of property.ย
- Candidates will have to work to negotiate the acquisition of property for municipal purposes.ย
- The candidate collects, categorizes, and analyzes sales data based on registry office records.ย
- Candidates will have to prepare draft reports for the council, committee, and senior management.ย
Job Requirementsย
- Candidates must have post-secondary education with a recognized Real Estate designation program from the appraisal institute of Canada.ย
- Candidates must have 5 to 7 years of experience in the application of real estate functions.ย
