Job Description
- Candidates who apply for this post are required to maintain site coordination, supervision, direction of participants, and cash handling working at this post.
- Candidates are required to maintain customer service, risk management procedures and general administrative tasks working at this post.
- They’re also accountable for overseeing Buildings and Facilities Management for improved service delivery integration working at this post.
- People are also accountable for ensuring the best possible client experience in City facilities working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates who applied for this post must have completed Grade 10 to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative / cash handling role and working with the public to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have previous experience in leading recreation sporting activities, and providing direction to participants.
- Applicants must have a Current Standard First Aid certificate and must attain a Current CPR – 2-rescuer certificate to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates who applied for this post must have a Current AED Operator certificate to be eligible for this post.
- They must have completed AODA Customer Service/IASR Training to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have dedicated knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation, including the rights and duties of workers, to be eligible for this post.
- They must have leadership training and must have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants must demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, decision-making and judgment.
Work setting
- Candidates must be able to maintain records and must attain the ability to work effectively in both a team setting and independently with minimum supervision to be preferred for this post.
