Job Description

  • The candidate will be in charge of supervising, coordinating, and scheduling production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
  • The candidate will be in charge of recommending improvements to productivity and product quality.
  • The candidate will be in charge of developing methods for meeting work schedules and coordinating work activities with other work units.
  • The candidate will be in charge of requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • The candidate will be in charge of preparing production and other reports.
  • The candidate will be in charge of training employees or staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • The candidate will be in charge of evaluating production efficiency.

  • The candidate will be in charge of ensuring quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
  • The candidate will be responsible for compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records and data, as well as answering questions and responding to requests.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing and revising systems and procedures, as well as implementing change, by analysing operating practises, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements.
  • The candidate will be in charge of conducting research and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to improve process efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.
  • The candidate will be required to Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and content, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
  • The candidate will be expected to analyse data, investigate issues, identify solutions, and recommend action to resolve personnel problems.
