Job Description

• The candidate must train staff/workers on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
• The candidate will be responsible for preparing production and other reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to increase productivity and product quality.
• The candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and scheduling (and possibly reviewing) the activities of employees.
• The candidate must devise methods for meeting work schedules and coordinating work activities with other work units.
• The candidate will be responsible for requesting or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
• The candidate must oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets.
• The candidate must oversee the safety of operations.
• The candidate must monitor the safety area.
• The candidate must monitor safety conditions.
• The candidate must arrange for shipping, receiving, and storage.
• The candidate must affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments.
• The candidate must communicate with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments.
• The candidate must coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
• The candidate must coordinate the revision of programs.

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.

Work site environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
• The candidate must work in a clean work site environment.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.

Work setting

• The candidate should work in a warehouse, which can be a noisy and busy environment with hundreds of warehouse operatives, pickers, and packers, as well as many forklift truck drivers moving pallets between shelves.

• The candidate must have the ability to work independently.
• The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced busy environment.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
• The candidate should have an eye for details.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
