Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are required to direct employees in the operation of plant equipment to meet quality, efficiency and yield standards working at this post.
- They’re also appointed at this post to ensure the health and safety of employees following established safe work procedures, company policies, and applicable provincial legislation.
- Applicants who have applied for this post are required to provide leadership by instilling team goals and objectives working at this post.
- They’re appointed at this post to develop, direct, manage, train and motivate employees by communicating job expectations, and appraising job results.
- Candidates for this post are also required to prepare production and progress reports working at this post.
- Candidates required at this post to oversee and document all plant Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality Assurance and Sanitation issues
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed a High School Diploma or equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must have 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting to be preferred for this post.
- They must have to ensure flexibility to work various shifts and overtime when required.
- Candidates must have strong interpersonal, leadership, verbal and written communication, presentation and analytical skills to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be self-directed and professional, well-developed English communication skills like verbal, written, and reading to be eligible for this post.
- They must have computer proficiency in email and be able to learn a variety of other software to be preferred for this post.
