Job Description 

  • Candidates who apply for this post are tasked to create and maintain the paperwork required to operate festivals or events.
  • Including plots, Input lists, cue lists, etc working on this post.
  • Candidates are also tasked to provide system troubleshooting and onsite repairs working at this post.
  • They’re appointed to lead production crews in setups, operations and changeovers at this post.
  • Applicants are also required to follow best practices and ensure the safety of staff, venue and equipment at all times.
  • They’re appointed at this post to guide other Staff helping to develop and enhance their skills.
  • Applicants are also appointed at this post to perform equipment onsite maintenance to ensure equipment stays in a state of good repair.

Job requirement

  • Candidates for this post must have completed 1 to 3 years of experience leading production teams during Festivals and Live Events to be eligible for this post.
  •  Applicants must have advanced operational knowledge in at least one typical Production System to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have prior experience with the setup and operation of production equipment and systems to be preferred for this post.
  • They must have a prior understanding of signal flow and troubleshooting along with the ability to produce high-quality work quickly under pressure to be eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • Applicants must have a proper understanding of the characteristics of different lighting, audio, or video protocols and how they function.
  • Applicants for this post must have prior experience in MS Office, workbench and other skills.
