Job Description
- Candidates continuously monitor the order queue for all work streams in the distribution centres by analyzing various reports.
- They’re also appointed to investigate issues and fallout for all departments by analyzing reports as well as sending out research to respective teams for resolution and follow-up to ensure timely action.
- Candidates are also required to update wave rules based on business needs and monitor for accuracy.
- Candidates are also appointed to collaborate with team members in a supportive and open manner.
- Candidates are required to make decisions at the moment and understand the impact on the business.
- They’re also appointed to build strong and trusting relationships with all levels of the organization through effective communication.
Job requirement
- Candidates must acquire experience with Manhattan WMS, strong organizational skills and attention to detail to be eligible for this post.
- They must acquire the ability to effectively communicate with the business both written and verbally.
- Candidates must effectively work independently and with minimal direction and attain strong computer skills and some experience with Microsoft Excel.
